Our Journey Through the Stars

From a local astronomy club to a national leader in astro-tourism, our passion has always been to share the wonders of the cosmos.

Our History

StarGazing India is a pioneering astronomy education and astro-tourism organization based in Bhuj, Gujarat. Founded in 1991 by amateur astronomer Mr. Narendra Gor (originally as the Kutch Amateur Astronomers Club), the group has grown into a nationally recognized outreach center.

Under Mr. Narendra Gor’s guidance, StarGazing India has hosted public sky-observation events across the Kachchh region and now operates under the leadership of Mr. Nishant Gor (astronomer and photographer), who serves as the current director. The company’s headquarters in Bhuj positions it at the heart of one of India’s darkest sky regions.
